Oliver Platt

Managing Director

Oliver has over 20 years’ experience within the social care sector specialising in the support of people with learning disabilities and complex health conditions. Oliver has a passionate commitment in leading services that provide high standards of person-centred care to achieve the best quality of lives for people. Long term stability for people to be supported by skilled and compassionate values-based staff is always a key priority. Oliver believes that creating positive cultures where people can live and work is directly linked to achieving the best outcomes for people. Away from work, Oliver has three boys and is actively involved in the coaching of their football teams. Oliver has two Golden Labrador dogs, one of which was rescued from abroad, and often enjoys long walks with them to enjoy some fresh air and valuable thinking time!

Lois Hughes

Office Manager

Lois Hughes is the Office and HR Manager at Procare Wales and brings over 20 years of experience from her NHS career. She supports the day-to-day running of the business, helping to keep everything organised while providing HR support to the team. Lois enjoys problem-solving and finding practical solutions that make a real difference. Known for being approachable and supportive, she takes pride in helping colleagues and contributing to positive outcomes across the organisation. Outside of work, Lois is a busy mum to three boys, so there’s never a dull moment. When she’s not juggling family life, she enjoys holidays in the sun, eating out, and exploring new places. Whether it’s discovering a new restaurant or planning her next getaway, she loves making the most of her free time.

Zoe Jones

Lead Behaviour Analyst

The Behaviour Analyst for ProCare Wales Ltd is Zoe Jones, MSc in Applied Behavioural Analysis, University of Wales Bangor, 2013, BSc in Psychology. Zoe provides clinical advice, support, training and behavioural supervision for staff in relation to the needs of individuals and ensures that the Active Support Model and Applied Behaviour Analysis principles are applied. Zoe also oversees and monitors the behavioural management guidelines, protocols and teaching plans for each Individual. Zoe has been with the organisation since 2005. In her spare time Zoe enjoys eating out, spending time with family and friends and creating new memories.

Zoe is supported by Becky Hughes. Becky has been with the organisation since October 2004 and has NVQ Level 4 Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care. Becky has held various senior management roles since she has been with us and has over 25 years experience in the care sector. Becky is currently undertaking her MSc ABA at Bangor University.

Arwel Owen

Responsible Individual

The Service Manager for Procare Wales Limited is Arwel Owen who has been with the organisation since June 2019. Arwel has completed his level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care. Arwel has an extensive background in frontline care. Arwel likes to spend his spare time with his daughter or out on his paddleboard. Arwel has a WSET diploma in Wine Tasting. So if you want to know what bottle of Wine to have with your Sunday Roast or Pasta, then Arwel is your man!

Natalie Grant

HOME MANAGER, DANIEL HOUSE

Natalie is a highly experienced Health and Social Care Professional with over 25 years of dedicated service in the sector. She has extensive expertise in supporting children, young people and adults who are neurodiverse, as well as individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs and experiences of trauma.  Natalie is known for her compassionate and down-to-earth leadership style, professionalism and ability to build trusting relationships with individuals, their families, and multidisciplinary teams.  Natalie holds the following qualifications Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care  (Adults & Children), Level 5 Diploma in Advanced Practice and won awards at the Care Awards for Dignity in Care and Outstanding Service. Natalie is passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives and creating supportive, empowering environments.

Outside of work Natalie is a proud mum of three and loves making the most of family life. Whether its paddleboarding, being their taxi, exploring new places together she’s all about making memories and making every moment count!

Susan Brett

Home Manager, Plas Lorna.

With almost 30 years of experience in health and social care, Susan brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to their role as Manager of Plas Lorna. Their career has spanned a range of positions, from Support Worker to Head of Services, alongside their professional work as a therapist.

Throughout their career, Susan has held key statutory and governance responsibilities, including Nominated Individual, Safeguarding Lead, and Caldicott Guardian, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance.

Passionate about person-centred support, Susan is committed to leading a team that enables individuals to live fulfilling lives and achieve their potential. They take pride in creating a positive culture where both people receiving support and staff can thrive.

Outside of work, Susan enjoys spending time with family, travelling, and planning their next holiday.
