Oliver has over 20 years’ experience within the social care sector specialising in the support of people with learning disabilities and complex health conditions. Oliver has a passionate commitment in leading services that provide high standards of person-centred care to achieve the best quality of lives for people. Long term stability for people to be supported by skilled and compassionate values-based staff is always a key priority. Oliver believes that creating positive cultures where people can live and work is directly linked to achieving the best outcomes for people. Away from work, Oliver has three boys and is actively involved in the coaching of their football teams. Oliver has two Golden Labrador dogs, one of which was rescued from abroad, and often enjoys long walks with them to enjoy some fresh air and valuable thinking time!

Sarah Prescott

Operational Manager

Sarah (NVQ Level 4 – Management) joined ProCare in 2006 following a career spanning 18 years of operational and people management. Sarah is responsible for Finance and HR functions of the organisation. Sarah loves to travel in her spare time and can often be found with a cocktail in hand!

Zoe Jones

Lead Behaviour Analyst

The Behaviour Analyst for ProCare Wales Ltd is Zoe Jones, MSc in Applied Behavioural Analysis, University of Wales Bangor, 2013, BSc in Psychology. Zoe provides clinical advice, support, training and behavioural supervision for staff in relation to the needs of individuals and ensures that the Active Support Model and Applied Behaviour Analysis principles are applied. Zoe also oversees and monitors the behavioural management guidelines, protocols and teaching plans for each Individual. Zoe has been with the organisation since 2005. In her spare time Zoe enjoys eating out, spending time with family and friends and creating new memories.

Zoe is supported by Becky Hughes. Becky has been with the organisation since October 2004 and has NVQ Level 4 Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care. Becky has held various senior management roles since she has been with us and has over 25 years experience in the care sector. Becky is currently undertaking her MSc ABA at Bangor University.

Luke Peters

Community Living Manager

Luke (Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care) is responsible for managing Procare’s Community Living Services and has over ten years’ experience within the care sector and has previously worked as Behaviour Support Worker and Support Manager before progressing to his current role. In Luke’s personal life he enjoys watching and playing football, he also coaches his sons local football team. Luke is currently progressing through his coaching badges and is working towards his A-License.

Luke is supported by Care Co-ordinator Gayle Suter (NVQ level 4 Registered Manager). Gayle is a fully qualified LD Nurse and has over twenty-five years’ experience within the care sector.

Arwel Owen

Responsible Individual

The Service Manager for Procare Wales Limited is Arwel Owen who has been with the organisation since June 2019. Arwel has completed his level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care. Arwel has an extensive background in frontline care. Arwel likes to spend his spare time with his daughter or out on his paddleboard. Arwel has a WSET diploma in Wine Tasting. So if you want to know what bottle of Wine to have with your Sunday Roast or Pasta, then Arwel is your man!
